Terms and Conditions


1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: "Terms") govern the relationship between:

  • Seller: Václav Zahrádka – PlotterPen, with registered office at Čenětická 2413/1a, Praha 4, 149 00. ID: 24427039, (hereinafter: "Seller").

  • Customer: Any person who places an order via the e-shop plotterpen.com (hereinafter: "Buyer").

By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agreed to these Terms.

2. Conclusion of the Purchase Contract

  • All products displayed on the website are an invitation to treat. The order submitted by the Buyer is a draft purchase contract.

  • The contract is concluded at the moment the Seller sends an Order Confirmation to the Buyer's email address.

  • The Buyer is responsible for providing correct and complete information during the checkout process.

3. Price and Payment Terms

  • All prices are final (the Seller is not VAT payer).

  • Payment Method: The only accepted payment method is Bank Transfer.

  • Payment instructions will be sent to the Buyer in the order confirmation email.

  • The total price must be paid before the goods are dispatched. If the payment is not received within 7 days, the order may be cancelled.

4. Delivery Terms

  • Goods are delivered via Česká pošta (Czech Post).

  • Shipping is free of charge for the Buyer. All delivery costs are covered by the Seller.

  • The Seller shall dispatch the goods within 3-5 business days after the payment is credited to the Seller's bank account.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

  • 14-Day Return Policy: In accordance with EU law, the Buyer (if they are a consumer) has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

  • To exercise this right, the Buyer must inform the Seller via email: info@plotterpen.com.

  • The Seller will then provide the return shipping address.

  • The goods must be undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging (if possible).

  • The Seller will refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

6. Rights from Defective Performance (Warranty & Claims)

  • The Seller is responsible for ensuring that the goods have no defects upon delivery.

  • The statutory warranty period for consumers is 24 months.

  • If a defect appears, the Buyer may file a claim by contacting the Seller via email.

  • The warranty does not cover wear and tear caused by normal use or damage caused by improper handling.

7. Final Provisions

  • The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version of Terms valid at the time of the order applies.

  • All disputes arising from the contract shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

  • The Buyer may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

These Terms and Conditions come into effect on: 27. 01. 2026
